Shipping & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Transit Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, NRP Ayurveda shall not be held responsible for any damage, delay, loss, or mishandling during transit.

All shipments are transported at the customer’s risk, and courier partners operate independently of NRP Ayurveda.
Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are strongly advised to check the package at the time of delivery.

In case the outer package appears tampered, opened, or severely damaged, please do not accept the delivery and inform our customer support immediately.

If a damaged or tampered product is accepted, NRP Ayurveda will not be liable for replacement or compensation.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

NRP Ayurveda shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel.

Any additional shipping costs incurred due to re-dispatch will be borne by the customer.
International Shipping

For international orders, any custom duties, taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country shall be borne entirely by the customer.

NRP Ayurveda shall not be responsible for delays caused due to customs clearance.
