Return & Exchange Policy

At NRP Ayurveda, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that our products are Ayurvedic, herbal, and personal care based, and that opened or damaged products cannot be reused or resold, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used products once sold or delivered.


Exchange Policy (Only in Specific Cases)

In case of damage, tampering, or quality issues, we offer exchange only, subject to the conditions mentioned below:

1. Tampered or Damaged Product

If you receive a tampered, leaked, or physically damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear supporting images and an unboxing video (without cuts or pauses), so we can address your concern at the earliest.

2. Product Quality Issues

For any product quality-related complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of delivery of your order.


Important Conditions

  • NRP Ayurveda is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

  • Damages due to neglect, improper storage, misuse, or wrong application of the product will not be covered under this Exchange Policy.

  • Exchange requests will be accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging, in a saleable and undamaged condition.

  • All return or exchange requests are subject to verification, checking, and approval by NRP Ayurveda’s quality team.


No Refund Policy

  • No refunds shall be made once the goods are sold.

  • Products once dispatched or delivered are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
