Indrajao (also known as Bitter Almond) is an ancient ayurvedic herb used to control diabetic levels in sugar patients. Kadwa Indrajav is bitter in taste and is usually used in treating hyper sugar levels.
How to prepare:
- Take equal amounts of Indrajau Kadwa, Almonds (Badam Giri), and Roasted chana (bhuna Huwa chana) and mix them.
- Put the mixture in a grinder and grind them to make a fine powder.
- Once powdered, filter the powder with help of sieve (chalni).
- Store the powder in an air-tight jar.
How to use – Take 1 tbsp Indra Jao powder in the morning with an empty stomach (or as directed by physician)
